Swapped out the old handle for this and the push-to-open action is smooth enough that my kids can manage it with full hands. The paddle sits flush against the cabinet face, which finally stopped the snagging on my sleeve every time I walked past.

I was a little skeptical about a push-to-open lever, but the Navis Paddle glides so smoothly—almost no effort needed to open the door. The stainless steel finish blends right in with my other hardware.

The push-to-open paddle works way better than the old knob I had, especially with my hands full carrying groceries. It has a solid, weighty feel that doesn't rattle when the door swings.
