Swapped this lever in on my garage entry door and the difference is night and day from the builder-grade handle that was there. It's rated ANSI/BHMA Grade 2, which is the main reason I picked it, and the solid feel when you push down confirms it. Zero wobble after a couple months of daily use.

Knew I needed commercial-grade hardware and the ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 spec sold me immediately. It handles daily traffic without any give, exactly what you want from a lever that gets constant use.

The lever action feels solid with zero wobble, and I can tell the Grade 2 commercial build is a step above typical residential hardware. Installed it on the back door and it still operates smooth weeks later.
