These levers have that solid, commercial-grade feel right out of the box—you can tell they're built to take daily abuse. The Grade 2 certification gives me confidence they'll last in our busy hallway, and the action is smooth and precise. Very happy with this upgrade.

Swapped out my old builder-grade handles for these and the difference is obvious the moment you grab one. The Grade 2 rating sold me since it's going on a rental door that gets abused daily, and the lever action is smooth with zero wobble so far.

These levers feel rock solid compared to the wobbly ones they replaced, and the ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 rating was the main reason I went with them. Installed two on our busy hallway doors and there's zero sag or play after a few weeks of daily use.
