Swapped out my old builder-grade handles for these and the difference is night and day. The lever action is smooth with no wobble, which makes sense given the Grade 2 commercial rating. Two months of daily use and they still feel tight.

The lever has a solid, reassuring weight to it and the ANSI Grade 2 rating gives me confidence it'll hold up in our busy hallway. Installation was straightforward, and the action is smooth right out of the box.

Swapped out the old builder-grade handles on my rental units and these feel like a genuine upgrade—the Grade 2 rating gives me confidence they'll hold up to constant use. The lever action is smooth with no wobble at the pivot.
