Swapped out the old builder-grade levers in my rental unit for these and the difference is night and day. The Grade 2 rating gave me confidence they'd hold up to tenant abuse, and after six months of daily use they still feel tight with no wobble. Solid weight in the hand too, not that hollow feel y

Installed these on my office doors and the commercial Grade 2 rating shows—they handle heavy daily use without any wobble. The finish looks sharp, and the lever return is crisp. Exactly the upgrade I wanted.

The lever action feels solid without being stiff, and the Grade 2 rating gave me confidence putting it on a door the kids slam constantly. Install took maybe twenty minutes with just a screwdriver.
