82 Select Deadbolt

Swapped out my old builder-grade lock for this one and the difference is obvious the second you turn the key. The ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 rating is what sold me, and the bolt throws smooth and tight with no wobble in the door.

The deadbolt feels rock-solid with a smooth, precise throw. I appreciate the ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 commercial rating—it’s clearly built to handle more than typical home hardware. No complaints after a week of daily use.

Installed this on our back door and the solid steel bolt feels way sturdier than the old one it replaced. Knowing it's rated ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 gives me real peace of mind for a commercial-grade lock at this price.
