The touch keypad is way more responsive than I expected, and I love that I can just tap in a code instead of fumbling for keys with groceries in my hands. The Norwood lever feels solid too, not flimsy like the old handle it replaced. Genuinely happy with this upgrade.

Installation was quick and the Wi-Fi setup connected to my phone in just a few minutes. I love being able to lock or check the door from anywhere, and the touch keypad lights up perfectly at night.

The fingerprint reader has been flawless for the two months I've had it, even with slightly damp hands. The keyed deadbolt backup is what sold me, so I'm not locked out if the battery dies. The Norwood lever feels solid too, way better than the old builder-grade handle.
