Swapped out my old builder-grade knob for this one and the difference in feel is night and day. It's rated ANSI/BHMA Grade 2, so the mechanism turns smoothly without any of that cheap wiggle. Solid weight to it too, doesn't feel hollow like the last one.

The knob has a solid weight to it that you notice the second you grab it, and it turns smooth without any wobble after a few weeks of daily use. Grade 2 commercial rating gave me confidence putting it on a rental unit.

The knob turns with a solid, weighty feel and zero wobble, which makes sense given the Grade 2 commercial rating. I put it on a hallway door that gets constant traffic and it still feels as tight as day one.
